New Partnership

This coming year will be for new beginnings. There are three of us who love to craft, so we are joining together to sell. Dani is from California and loves to do stitcheries; Nancy is from Wisconsin and loves to make bath products; and I'm from Texas and love to quilt and sew. We all do custom orders also. We do have items for sale in two groups in Facebook, Huggins Haven Hand Made Crafts, and Handmade in the USA and SE Texas. We would love for you to visit us.

Newest Endeavor!

I'm not sure what I got myself into, but I'm starting a new endeavor.  Our Senior Center has expanded its Gift Shop and needed someone to man it.  So, I volunteered -- what was I thinking? lol.  It will be open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.  Since I'm already at the Center on Wednesday & Thursday, I just added three days to my schedule.  The good thing is I can sew in the Quilt Room; when customers show up, I just walk across the hallway.  And the better thing is we've already had customers!    When I can find the camera cord, I'll post some photos I took this morning.  I'll post an update from time to time.  Seriously, this will be fun!

Newest Totebags

Hello! I think our weather is trying to turn cool. I'm so ready for fall! I've been keeping myself busy sewing and watching grandkids. Just got back from my son's house; I got to give baby Josh his bottle and put him to sleep. He's growing so fast!
I'll post soon about the three quilts I'm making for my DGDs. but I took a break and made two organizer totes. There are 4 pockets on the outside and at least 6 pockets on the inside. I'm going to post them in the Raggy Anne blog as special orders.

I'm still sewing! I've made several raggy totebags to sell. I can do any color combos you would like. These are purple/white, yellow/white, and purple/creme.

Friday, February 5th

Sorry it's been so long since I posted. My laptop wouldn't boot up, so it's at my son's house to be worked on. I sure hope I have it back soon; this PC is soooo slow and I hate the chair. Since I'm not on the computer as much, I have been able to sew a lot, lol.
